Please join the North Carolina AIDS Action Network for Pig and Swig 2018!
This is one party you won’t want to miss! A Sunday afternoon pig pickin’, we’ll be cooking up a whole pig, Caja China style, along with hush puppies fried on site! Our Chef will be preparing shrimp and Hickory Nut Gap andouille sausage with Charleston style grits. We’ll have smoked Sunburst Farms rainbow trout along with a great fusion of American contemporary sides including jalapeno cheddar corn muffins, spicy Asian slaw with Napa cabbage, carrots, and ginger dressing, southern potato salad, and Boston baked beans. There will be delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes too, and dessert will be lovingly provided by the bakery by M right here in Raleigh.
