It's the holiday season! And, with Thanksgiving right around the corner, NCAAN has joined forces with the North Carolina Community AIDS Fund this week to give an extra special thanks (and some much deserved recognition) to individuals and organizations that do some extraordinary work in HIV/AIDS prevention, education, advocacy and care.

NCAAN thanks:
- Josh Wynne
- Dee Dee Richardson
- Triad Health Project

NCCAF thanks:
- Edgar Villanueva
- Student Action with Farmworkers
- Hertford County Public Health Authority

If you would like to send a personal note of thanks to any of the individuals or organizations we're honoring, please address it to thankyou@ncaan.org and we will be happy to forward it on your behalf.

All the individuals and organizations selected for recognition mentioned, in one way or another, "being only a part of a much larger movement." This statement is both modest and true; without the work of thousands of committed community members, we could not have accomplished many of the successes we see today.
